Returns & Exchanges:
We regret to inform you that returns and exchanges are not accepted on digital PDF pattern purchases made through our platform. All digital download sales are considered final once processed and delivered.
For returns and exchanges for physical plushies, please fill out the Contact Me form. Returns or exchanges are NOT guaranteed, and will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately using the Contact Me form. I will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of digital PDF pattern orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellation of physical orders is possible within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. Please reach out to me through the Contact Me form if you have troubles cancelling an order.
Refunds:
Refunds on physical plushie orders will only be issued in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon arrival. Any damages done prior to delivery will not be considered for refunds. Refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
